At Decor N' Beyond, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction on every order and we hope that you are pleased with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, we would be happy to provide a refund.. Please note the following:
- No returns without our authorization. Please contact us before returning so we can help.
- Damages and shortages must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt of goods.
- 15% restocking fee for all returned merchandise that is not defective. Merchandise must be in original condition with tags and returned within 20 days of delivery date.
- Final Sale and Clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Decor N' Beyond is not responsible for return shipping charges.
- A copy of the packing slip must be included with the return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. All refunds will be issued to the credit card used for your original purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed. We'll email a refund receipt as soon as the refund is complete.
